FHOAI celebrates Christmas

Fortezza Homeowners' Association, Inc. is having their First Homeowners' Christmas Party on 23 December 2006 starting 6:00 pm. at the Fortezza Activity Area. The induction of newly elected BODs will also be held on the same day.

No less than Mayor Nila Aguillo of the Municipality of Cabuyao, Laguna will grace the occasion together with Mr. Jomi Tan of Crown Asia and CAPMI officials.

Trade booths will be available for interested businesses starting 9:00 in the morning on the same day. "This will give homeowners who have their own business to market their products within Fortezza." according to Ms. Jaie Ador, FHOAI treasurer-elect.

Outsiders are also welcome to promote their products at Fortezza on the occasion.

CAPMI releases circular on newly elected FHOAI BODs.

Crown Asia Properties Management, Inc. (CAPMI) releases circular on newly elected Board of Directors (BOD) of Fortezza Homeowners' Association, Inc. (FHOAI). The election of BODs was held on 03 December 2006 as required by the Home Land Use Regulatory Board (HULRB) for formation of homeowners' association.

Property Manager Alejandro 'Jun' Pagulayan (CAPMI) released the Circular No. 06-002 urging the homeowners to "give their full support to the newly elected BODs for the benefit of everybody and the subdivision."

Induction of the newly elected officers will be held on 23 December 2006 during the First FHOAI Christmas party.

CAPI releases official notice on maintenance expenses

Crown Asia Properties Inc. (CAPI) released an official notice dated September 1, 2006 in regard to the property maintenance policy of Fortezza as agreed upon with the Fortezza Homeowners' Association Board of Directors.

In the letter, Crown Asia agrees to shoulder the 88% of the maintenance expenses of the subdivision and maintains their commitment to provide the necessary amenities.
